Naatwilwe Aluvilu

Naatwilwe is an experienced analytical software developer with a passion for fostering the next generation of tech talent. Currently, he leverages his expertise as a Senior Software Developer at Adaire, staying at the forefront of the industry.

Beyond his current role, Naatwilwe has a proven track record in software design, development, and mentorship, having co-founded Logic++ and InterCity Namibia, and co-leading the Namibia Developer Network (NDN).

His focused academic background, from a National Diploma in Information Technology, Bachelors in Information Technology in Software Engineering to a Bachelor of Computer Science Honours (Software Development), fuels his desire to inspire and empower individuals, particularly recent graduates, career-changers, and those from underrepresented groups, to pursue careers in tech.
